These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Langooo, operated by LANGOOO. By using Langooo, you agree to these terms.

Langooo provides language learning services through song lyrics translations synced with YouTube videos. The service helps users study vocabulary, translation context, pronunciation rhythm, and learning progress through interactive tools.
Langooo offers three plans for premium features (higher/removed usage limits, advanced learning functionality, progress sync, and ad-free experience):
Subscriptions are billed automatically and renew at the end of each billing period (daily, weekly, or monthly) until canceled. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and for reviewing the subscription terms shown during checkout.
Free and paid accounts may be subject to reasonable usage limits, including limits on translated songs, explained words, vocabulary reviews, synchronization, or other features. LANGOOO may update limits to protect service stability, prevent abuse, and keep the service available to users.
You agree to use Langooo lawfully, keep your account secure, avoid automated abuse or attempts to disrupt the service, and provide accurate account or billing information. You may not use Langooo to infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or misuse third-party platforms.
Langooo is designed for language learning and may display, translate, or process lyrics and YouTube-related content to support study. Song lyrics and videos may be protected by copyright and other rights owned by artists, publishers, labels, platforms, or other third parties.
You are responsible for using lyrics, translations, and YouTube content in compliance with applicable copyright laws, YouTube terms, and any other third-party rights or restrictions. LANGOOO does not grant ownership rights in third-party music, videos, lyrics, or related content.
Payments for Langooo Pro are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to the Langooo Refund and Cancellation Policy.
LANGOOO may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, product changes, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of Langooo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
